We ordered blinds from Home Depot (3D Interior Fashions) in July 2024. The process of ordering was great, however when we received our roller blind, it was the wrong colour. I contacted the company to let them know and was told everything would be corrected.
Since then I have sent additional emails that have gone responded to... No correction and no compensation for the error.
Today I will be going to Home Depot to file a formal complaint about this issue and the service .
We have never had an issue ordering anything from Home Depot before, however this particular company is the worst.. Never again!

I wanted to share my extreme dissatisfaction with this company and their lack of response to blinds that were cut too short. I ordered sheer shades in April 2023 and was told that it would take about 4 to 6 weeks for them to be made and to check the alerts through email on when they would be ready. May 30th, I receive an alert that they are ready. No call from installer until June 30th to book a time. Ivano, the installer, used excuses, saying he was sick and the blinds were in his garage. He installs the blind with 4 out of 6 being cut too short. I said it's not acceptable, and this issue needs to be corrected. At this time, my credit card was charged half the amount of the price for the blinds. I reached out to the decorator advising of the issue, and she advised she would look into it as well as the installer said they would get back to me. An automated message in July is sent advising that my order is incomplete. I hear nothing until January 2024 - 7 months later from the installer. I am shocked that it took this long. At this point, I am over wanting to deal with this matter. In April 2024, Raymond from HD decorating reaches out again with no resolution and refuses to speak on the phone. Only emails. I requested the matter be addressed, which was not, and then in August 2024, I get a charge on my credit card for blinds that were not fixed. I am not in agreement of the charges and an incomplete service. BEWARE of this company as it sounds like the other negative reviews have had a similar experience with inadequate service.

Janet Lee was very helpful and easy to work with in choosing what would look best for our personal window coverings. She has such good taste in decorating and is very knowledgable with all types of blinds. We recommend her highly.The installation person was also precise with installation

Overall, a fairly average experience with this company. It took a long time to get these manufactured and installed. We paid the first half of the deposit on 23rd July and these were eventually installed on 18th Sept, only because I hassled them a few times. So just bear in mind when they say it takes about 4-6 weeks max, it really does. Doesn't look like they do it any faster.
The only saving grace was our installer, Alex, who installed these for us. I would like to give him 5 stars, but not Home Depot. He did a great job and installed these very cleanly and professionally. He was courteous and fast and also ran us through the operation and setting up the remotes etc. Definitely recommend asking for him if you do still want to go ahead with HD Decorating.

Awesome! Great consultation at the house and when we ordered, measurements were taken very quickly and submitted. Luin who installed the blinds is so efficient, nice and packaged up all the garbage. I’m si happy with our regular and top-down blinds. Very impressed!! Super fast turnaround time.

Friendly worker, transparent with function and quality of product being installed, thorough work with clean up and informing us of how to dispose of garbage that came with installation. Really great experience, thank you!

Thank you Home Depot installation service and specifically for Alex for installing the best seamless automatic shades in my new apartment. The sun was blaring and I was restless, now I can enjoy a weekend slumber! Alex was attentive and professional. Extra star because he was handsome.

The dual shades from HD is beautiful. Tom is very knowledgeable, very patient and gave us great suggestions. The installation master Leon is quick and very skillful, make our zebra shades look so beautiful. Overall, we are pleased with our experience with HD.
