I tried on and was going to buy over $100.00 worth of clothes at this store only to be told, I would have to purchase a bag to put the clothes in. At this point, I left the clothes and I will never shop at the store again.

fitting room is a great place to eat your food when the mall is packkk. the fitting room was very quiet almost too quiet that i thought the store was closed. also, there was a mirror in the fitting room so you can watch yourself eat. overall highly recommend eating here!

the cashier was really sweet, didn’t get his name but he was wearing a necklace with a K on it.. was really kind, informative and helpful.. however, there was one lady, she was wearing a purple shirt blue jeans and had short blonde hair.. she was really rude and when the cashier was trying to help us out she butt into the conversation and started talking really aggressively.. it seemed like she was having a bad day, and it’s understandable, everyone has those days.. but please keep your personal life aside from work!my mom had ordered something from pakistan and when that item arrived the security tag was left on, we had just kindly asked if the cashier could remove it and he kindly responded saying “i’m sorry but we don’t have these tags and therefore we don’t have the device to remove it”.. he was about to give us some other options to try out when the lady came and was like “i’m sorry what are you asking him?”.. as my mom began to explain, the lady in her aggressive tone said “you have to go to the place where you purchased the item”.. mind you, my mom hadn’t finished her sentence yet.. this lady refused to listen to my mom, she refused to listen to the fact that this shop is located in PAKISTAN.. she wanted us to go all the way to pakistan to get the tag removed?? now i understand that it can be against a stores policy to do that, in that case just kindly state that “i’m sorry our store doesn’t offer this service and therefore unfortunately we are unable to do this for you”i work in retail as well and understand that some things are just not doable, but i would never approach a customer in a rude and disrespectful manner the way this lady did.. so thank you to the nice guy who was trying to help us, and joe fresh please hire nicer staff!

Beware of their return policy!!!!!!! I bought 2 tops for my mother while visiting in Toronto. Unfortunately they were too big. I went to return or exchange in Huntsville where we live and they refused to help as it would mess up their inventory. That was over a year ago and I will not purchase any merchandise from Joe Fresh going forward! Ended up donating the clothes....hopefully someone got to enjoy them :(
