When my wife and I went shopping at lazy boy the service was excellent from start to finish. Even when I omitted to measure a door and was faced with the prospect of not being able to accept the furniture Hasan came up with a solution.

Picked up my chair yesterday with ease as promised, from Hasan .
He was great throughout the whole process
Now we wait and see if it lasts and if they stand by their warranty, if needed.
Satisfied with my chair so far and would reccomend La-Z-Boy, Vaughan, and Hasan :)

I purchased a condo in Toronto, and I was having trouble finding furniture that was high quality and in my price range. I tried many different stores, and I no other store compared to the service I got at Lazy Boy. Hasan was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and worked with us to get everything I wanted. I am so grateful. My furniture arrived and it is stunning. I will be referring all of my friends and family to Hasan in the future.

Purchased a power lift chair. Store had more choices than the medical stores I visited. Kudos to Salesperson Andrew. Very thorough with all my questions and not pushy. In fact we ended up purchasing a sofa as well. Probably will return for an area rug.

My husband and I were super indecisive but Andrew was very patient and knowledgeable. We came back over 3 times but he was great to work with and helped us secure the Opal. He also helped convince my husband for better design and look as opposed to the overly logical functional use.
