I went to Vaughn mills to visit the whole mall outlet for the first time, I wanted to buy something from Lacoste , I was expecting it to be cheap and have good deals. The variety of clothing isn’t good, they barely didn’t have anything in my size , all of it was xl-xxxl, and it was hella expensive. The customer service is decent , well enough to say they were doing their job, they always checked on me to know if everything is good and what I want. The sale clothes for 29.99 and up, had all stains and holes and ripped and looked like they were used or previous returned. There’s nothing about the Lacoste, it isn’t cheap and not good variety.

Just leaving the store right now. Actually really liked a vest, but I would never buy from these people. Their employees are rude stuck up and ignorant. Didn’t even greet me when I entered through the door and I heard one of the employees say stay here just in case I don’t know she’s in there to another employee as I entered the change room. Did they assume I would Steal because I am a person of color? Horrible horrible service. Ordering online. Do better hiring manager.

I came here today. I was greeted with a "fanculo" Employee in the back of the shop told the employee at the front of the shop to greet me like that. What a nasty behavior by the employee. I will contact HR. Also will contact the store manager because I know for sure those two ladies were not the manager. They had a attitude and for sure you discriminated me and for sure a racist. Why did you say " Fanculo Fanculo Fanculo"?This behavior is not tolerated anywhere in retail. I will contact HR.

One of stuffs work there (she/her asian face) was staring at me all the time since I came in the store, and looking me with unfriendly eyes which was very uncomfortable for me. Well, don't know why is she still working there if u not happy with ur job? U don't have anything else to do other than staring a customer? Asked a size she said everything is there, but obviously they had it at the back. Nice clean store, friendly cashier at the front. Should higher some people would like to work, there are many people can't find jobs now days. If u don't want to do anything, just leave. Give the opportunity to those people who can do this job, and love the work they do.
