I just wanted to compliment the person I talk to on the phone just now at the pharmacy. He was very polite and considerate and very helpful.
I wasn’t calling him about using the pharmacy. I was calling him because the medical office across the hall was not answering their phone and it just kept disconnecting at the end of the message.
I called the pharmacy to ask if they would be willing to walk across the hall to let the medical office know that their phone lines were not working properly. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. An informed me that he thinks they’re closed for holidays, went across to check their schedule which confirmed that they were closed. He also checked when they would be open again.
I really appreciated his help as I do not live nearby, and it would have been drive to make if the office is closed. He was so considerate and helpful.

Extremely fast service. It took less than 5 minutes to get my order filled and the staff has always been very nice to me. Highly recommend!!!

I have been unable to fill my prescriptions here without a medication error, or with the staff demonstrating little to no understanding of medicine in the several times I’ve visited. This pharmacy pays its employees a little over half of the going wages - this reflects in how the utterly depressed employees conduct their jobs. The owner is obviously under-experienced in running a successful business in Canada. I recommend that management reconsider their cost cutting strategies and that anyone reading this go down the street to literally any other pharmacy. Staff at this one are simply the bottom of the barrel who cannot obtain other employment.

the blonde pharmacist was actively ignoring me when I was waiting at the counter. Like lady it isn't my fault you hate your life lol. She was kind of rude as well. You are better off going to the shoppers down the road!

So much better than shoppers and rexall! The customer service is really good and they always have everything in stock even through it’s not a huge pharmacy

I am terribly disappointed with pharmacy. I came to the door at 10 today to pick my meds and no one in sight. Google said opening at 10. The public depends on business like this to be available on time. I will be moving my profile elsewhere. Shame on you for your very poor service during the very trying time.

The only reason i go to this pharmacy because it’s literally right next to the walk-in clinic i go to so it’s convenient. The lady that was assisting me seems very unknowledgable for a pharmacy assistant/technician. When they gave us the medication, they didnt even bother to give us instructions on how to take it. And instructed us to read the papers located inside the box.. isnt it your job to counsel patients on medications that are new and havent been taken before? These were prescription medications for travel.

I had to get my infant daughter a puffer and some other meds. The pharmacist that helped me was quite slow and needed to ask another lady some details. Took a really long time because the second lady seemed to not care about fact that I had a sick child with me. They charged a dispensing fee for an inhaler resulting in an extra $5 charge over taxes. They basically wanted to make more money this way by not having to pay taxes for the item. The only good thing was the pharmacist took the time to explain how to use the prescription I was provided.
Overall, I would rather drive 15-minutes and go somewhere better.
