    Although their delivery time had been mentioned quick,I’ve been waiting to receive my order for more than 2 weeks which still I am.the worst part is their customer service which gives absolutely wrong information or don’t answer.that was not expected from. “Premiere German Brand”

    What a disgrace! My Miele dishwasher is on a 10y warranty. it broke. The technician was sent in a week later. Just to come in to say that the part is back ordered. Another two weeks waiting. The part arrived - Miele has the audacity to schedule the appointment in TWO weeks.....

    Amazing appliances, I love the design and the quality! I always receive great support from the employees, they are very professional and courteous.
