If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service ever. Needed to return a tablet back and they said I couldn’t return it in store since I bought it online. Went to another store and returned it, no questions asked

I went into this Rogers store at the beginning of May and ported over 3 of my lines because of a corporate offer and the person that was helping me was the store manager. She was very pleasant and helpful and explained all the next steps and assured me that all of my activation fee would be credited to me on my first bill because she called it in and I was in store was she made the call to her support team. I received my bill just a few days ago and noticed I only got credited for a one of my lines, so I went into the Store and spoke to one of the sales rep and asked to speak to the manager and he told me the manager no longer works there and that the assistant manager is there Jade or something along those lines and he went to the back to get her and came out about 3 to 5 minutes later and told me that she is getting ready to leave so she cannot talk to me . Then he went one saying that I will get my credit on my second or third bill and that’s how it is and I told him well I got my credit for only one of my lines but not for the other two he’s like well it doesn’t matter you’ll get it on the second or third bill, and he was very rude about it. His customer service was very disrespectful. I was very surprised that I was unable to speak to a manager or someone from the management team about my bill credit or to address any of my concerns and this was in the afternoon 5:20pm. I personally will not be doing busy with this location again or advise anyone to go to this location. Rogers will loss a lot of customers to other cell phone companies like Bell and Telus. I personally was going to switch to Telus, but because I had my cable with Rogers, I decided to stay with Rogers. What a big mistake I made, but it’s not too late for me to switch.

Me and My Girl Friend went there to get a phone for her and she was already a Roger’s customer. She selected a Samsung device and a lady made an offer which was good enough and hence we were finalizing everything. She asked her for documents which she provided. Later the attendant said your study permit is expiring in Nov and hence i cannot give you the device. I told her that she already have applied for an extension and if you want we can provide that document but she neglected that. I am a bell customer with a contract of 24 months with them and I bought the device from the source. I told my gf and the attendant that when I bought it from The Source this was not the problem on which the attendant said okay try there. I said okay i will. We both left the store and went to The source. She will have to switch to Bell now (thank god) and also they gave her discount of $8 a month in device and $5 less on the plan itself. They didn’t have any problem with the study permit issue. We are getting the phone right now. Thank god we made the call as I remembered the Source and their service. They were too close to break her heart of getting a new device which was not good for me. Now if rogers call her to retain her I swear I am gonna have a long chat with them.

My recent encounter with Rogers at the Vaughan Mills store, under the oversight of Manager Jordina, has led me to share a cautionary tale about the deceptive practices I encountered while signing up for one of their plans. What began as a routine transaction quickly devolved into a disheartening saga of broken promises and dishonesty.
Upon entering the Vaughan Mills store, I was greeted by a seemingly friendly and accommodating seller. Despite being aware that I was ineligible for a $10 monthly discount, she brazenly offered me a $60 monthly incentive to seal the deal and secure my allegiance to Rogers.
Initially enticed by the seemingly generous offer, I eagerly accepted, oblivious to the fact that I was being led astray. It wasn't until three months later that the truth was unveiled: I was abruptly informed that I did not qualify for the promised discount. The realization hit me like a ton of bricks—I had been duped.
It became glaringly apparent that the seller's intentions were far from genuine; she knowingly misled me with false promises in a blatant attempt to secure my business. This flagrant display of dishonesty left me feeling betrayed and utterly disillusioned.
Manager Jordina's response to my plight only added insult to injury. While she offered a tepid apology and accepted fault on behalf of Rogers, her inaction spoke volumes. Despite acknowledging their mistake, Rogers chose to do nothing to rectify the situation, further exacerbating my frustration and disappointment.
Rogers' complicity in this deceitful charade under Manager Jordina's oversight only serves to underscore the company's lack of integrity. By turning a blind eye to the deceptive tactics employed by their representatives at the Vaughan Mills store, they have not only tarnished their reputation but also shattered the trust of their customers.
As I reflect on this regrettable experience, I am reminded of the importance of vigilance when dealing with corporations like Rogers. While enticing offers may seem appealing on the surface, it's imperative to exercise caution and scrutinize the fine print.
In conclusion, my journey with Rogers at the Vaughan Mills store under Manager Jordina's oversight has been marred by deception and deceit. The veil of transparency has been lifted to reveal a company willing to sacrifice honesty for profit. I urge others to approach their dealings with Rogers at the Vaughan Mills store with skepticism and to demand nothing less than full transparency and integrity.

The reason for my experience being rated so high is all because of Ashraf. I was confused on what plans are out there, which I would most benefit from, but he explained everything so well and walked me through the process. Amazing customer service.
