Those employee here doesn’t know how to prioritize their work. I was in the counter already paying the pair of ugg boots that I bought and suddenly they started helping the white lady. Don’t ever come here. They are racist. I planned to return my purchase because of this experience. I would rate them zero if I could.

Great range of kids shoes but incredibly slow service. Only one lady serving every customer in the store. We almost left to buy the shoes elsewhere.Three years later we dropped into this store looking for kids rain boots. The staff were rude and completely uninterested in helping us find shoes. Don’t bother shopping here!

Don’t even think of getting anything. Worst customer service. We waited for so long to get a size n the default response was am helping someone else.Who will ever say this? Zero courtesy. Should we keep running behind someone who is available to help. Ridiculous.Wonder if there is even a store manager here.

Id give it zero stars if I could. Came in to buy a pair a vans and blundstones. Stood there for 20 minutes holding a shoe. Employees just walking aound and chatting with eachother. Funny but sad to see an employee step around you then go stand at the front counter to twiddle their thumbs. The store was empty with three employees standing at the front. Dont bother with this place if your looking for customer service.

Went into the SOFTMOC at VAUGHAN MILLS location to do a return and the MANAGER TRAVIS treated me like trash. Im not sure if it was because Im black or because I am a women, however he is white so Im not sure what was going through his head. He yelled told me to go sell the shoes online, told me the receipt isn't correct when I purchased the shoes and i have to drive back up to upper canada mall to sort it out. I told him why would i have to drive back an hr away he told me he is going to call security on me and my husband and at that point i walked out and called head office. They told me I do not have to drive back up to upper canada mall he can do the return with the purchase ticket she found which was on my account which he previously looked up. So we went back into the store with head office on the phone and he started antagonizing me standing next to the lady who was actually doing the return and he called me a nobody. Worst experience ever. The coworker called me later on in the evening to apologize to me she found my email and phone contact just to call and give me the guys name and told me he is the manager and I should call head office on him. so I called the next day to followup and the person i got was so rude and unsympathetic, was not trying to understand me and tried to offer me a 20% coupon, after she said nothing can be done and after her herself speaking with her manager. I said I would like to speak to your manager I don't need anyone to speak on behalf of me. Then I finally got put through to the manager and EMILY was very nice, understanding, and sympathetic to me and the situation. THE MANAGER TRAVIS AT VAUGHAN MILLS SOFT MOC NEEDS TO GO! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT SURE IF HE DISCRIMINATES BECAUSE OF RACE OR SEX!

bought a birkerstock clogs last year her and it broke. luckily they were able to replace it coz it has a year warranty. first guy i approached wasn’t helpful really did nothing to help me good thing i asked this girl roma and helped me with everything.update regarding this old guy working in this store he even sent home one of her coworkers home in front of a customer. he is so unprofessional.
