Got a script for a Incontinence pill (Proin) for my dog who leaks a bit whenever she walks. Paid 116.00 for a one month supply at the Vets office. I paid $167. for the same medication/brand/dosage at The Pet Pharmacist for a three month supply. Huge savings here, and the staff here are friendly, professional, and I usually recieve the medications within 2-3 business days. 5 star service!

Their communication is dreadful! They do not provide tracking information unless it is requested, but they do not tell you that you need to request it!
They expect you to phone them to pay for online orders, then provide no receipt for the payment (actually no confirmation at all), and then you hear nothing more from them until you chase them and they offer to look up the tracking status for you.

Highly highly recommend! They are quick and very professional and saved me over 100 bucks.. my vet wanted 190 for 30 pills.. my total with the pet pharmacist was 82 plus shipping.. will never order meds from my vet again.. thanks guys

I truly cannot say enough good things about The Pet Pharmacist; I hope every city has one in the future.
ANYTHING medication wise that they carry will be cheaper then anywhere then retails it. My dog has a lifelong thyroid condition, they save me about 80$ per bottle every time I need to re-up my medication for him.
Even for non-prescription products like Advantix they sell for about 30% cheaper than any retail shop or Vet ($111.99 vs $152.99). It's even cheaper than Costco's bulk pack.
Couldn't recommend more!

Notable local pharmacy which both openly advertises its fertility prescription service, and its pet service; the only pharmacy I could find in a fairly large area that both provided the drugs we needed for specific treatments with the ability to claim against both my wife and I's policies, making the process far easier for us. While its quite far from my place (30 to 45 minutes one way in traffic) - its worth it to go there for the specialized treatment we are undertaking as the double claims being processed in house aids us tremendously.
Wouldn't continue to make the drive for a common medication/something I can get from my local pharmacy without claim hassles, I can see the value and will continue to use this until our treatments end.

Waste of time ! Very unprofessional would not recommend . I setup my account picked my cats meds she needs sent a picture of my cats perception label that clearly shows the meds , refills , doctor's name , all veterinarians info and that wasn't good enough . Didn't offer to work with me at all like call my veterinarians office to confirm nothing just cancel order . I don't understand how this vet pharmacy is a business if you have to get your vet to deal with them to get your pets meds you would just deal with the veterinarian . A Pharmacy will call the doctor thats how Pharmacys work !

I tried to purchase a product and they called me and helped me access the product a faster and more affordable way in my own province. I appreciate their advice and integrity (which lost them a sale) and will definitely use them when the time comes.
