We have been using this and UPS frequently over the last year for our business (Toronto First Aid) and find them to be wonderful to work with. Nadeem and Hena are really professional and pleasant. Their service is super fast and the pricing is excellent. Highly recommend them!

Big line. Slow service. The old man is hard of hearing and doesn't know how to type. They charge a lot to waste your time. This place needs self service or an ai to assist customers.

I had the most amazing experience at this UPS location while processing my tourist visa! They made everything SO easy from start to finish. The staff not only found the consulate address for me but also handled all the shipping labels without any confusion. They knew exactly what to do with prepaid returns and took care of everything independently. I didn’t have to worry about a thing!
Their level of expertise and professionalism blew me away. I highly, highly recommend this location—especially if you’re dealing with something complicated like visas. They also offer so many additional services, including custom printing, which was super convenient for me. This place is a total gem!
