Terrible service. I called and asked for a ball park for a broken crank dial, and they guy with a very strong accent said it's $60 to check and that he would tell me the price afterward. So I said ok give me a ball park amount, in which he could have just replied a range of prices. Instead, he felt insulted and started rambling and attacking me about working for free, then hung up on me. You need to take a class on customer service. Worst customer service, you will also need a translator to deal with this guy. The misunderstanding of language might get this guy upset and ready to attack. Proceed with extreme caution ⚠️. Good luck with your terrible service.

Really quick fast service. He took great care of my movado and ensured the battery was replaced properly as some people can damage the watch if not done properly.
