I had an excellent experience at Vaughan Collision Center. From start to finish, the service was professional, quick, and stress-free. A special thank you to Millad, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He kept me updated throughout the process, explained things clearly, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The workmanship was outstanding – my car looks brand new again. I recently had my car badly smashed up by a hit & run! My luck, I ran in to Basil from BN towing! He helped me with everything! He was fantastic! Took me to Vaughan Collision , they took care of everything, friendly professional! I didn’t have to worry! Sharon the frontliner was fabulous! They were all wonderful! I highly recommend this shop! I have been here twice this body shop is very helpful, they are fast they put genuine dealership parts not aftermarket most importantly they are on time with there work and give me lifetime warranty on all the they have done.

Special thanks to Milad and his staff for taking care/dealing with my accident. I chose to work with this collision centre due to word-of-mouth from a friend who has dealt with this company a couple of times over the years and I’ve seen the end results.
It only took 2 weeks to fix my car and Milad personally updated me because he knew I was overly worried and concerned, and he wanted to reassure that everything will be OK and taken care of and that my vehicle is in good hands.
Special thank you to the mechanics who made my car look brand new you guys are awesome ! Thank you to the admin at the front desk, who had smooth customer service when it came to talking to the insurance company. And also thank you to the kind man that was dealing with the car rental !
Everything was a smooth transition when it came to getting a new rental and getting my car fixed

These guys replaced the bumper on my Tesla, very professional best in the GTA.
Communication was clear and the EV was kept charged in storage to Tesla specification.
