Print is quick and convenient. Its too expensive at 59 cents per 4x6 photo for immediate print. When you need to do a bunch its very expensive quickly. The photo centre closes earlier than the store. Some 8, some 9pm. Would like it to be open later. Also, would like if the machine allowed you to photo shop the picture to be crisper/better quality but it doesn't allow too much manipulation. For a quick need it's convenient. If cost was lower I would do more.

If less than one star was applicable, that's what I would give to this location. I was unnecessarily lied to and staff was very rude, walked away from the customer. Their information online specifically states 10pm close of the photo centre but instead close at 8pm and would refuse to assist printing of 1 photo for my child's school project. I intentionally made sure of their hours to come in store at 830pm and no one would assist me. Gunal was rude and wouldn't let me speak and Waid refused to assist under any circumstances. Stating that the machines automatically shut off, however when I worked for loblaws the SAME machines never turned off automatically, they have switches in the back. Absolutely ridiculous over one photo. Go to Staples if you need to print photos the quality is better anyways.

Ordered a 4x6 express book for Father's day. I received an email that it was ready for up. When I went to pick it up they couldn't find it and when they did find the order it was incomplete. The associate told me that it will only be ready today if that if they had the materials. I'm very frustrated because I left my baby at home and took my toddler with me only to find out that it wasn't ready. It would've been fine if it was delayed and they had notified me because these things happen but to receive an email saying it was ready when it wasn't was extremely annoying.

I've placed several online orders with the intention of picking them up at this location. Every single time I'm waiting at least 15 minutes for them to locate the order— often times it's sitting at their feet and they need several employees to help look for it.I personally have decided to stop using this photo center and I go to the Staples just south of here.
