This is NOT first time this happens actually so I decided to leave a review here. You guys need to do something for the perishable items like vegetables, etc. It’s not an organized dept. with so many rotten or spoiled items on the shelves. This is our money going straight to the waste! Look at these terrible cucumbers! don’t know how long they sat on the floor.

Worst customer service ever. Karan the assistant service manager was rude, no manners, pretends to understand but doesn’t give a crap. Makes up excuse for his incompetence. Also threaten to kick me out of the store. They need to get rid of these people and but hire someone more geniuine

Came at 1040pm and they said the store is closed. When its shows for 11pm. What a shitty walmart. Never coming back here ever again.

Been to this location many times over the past 5 years and it's never been as bad as it's been currently (November 2025). The staff were awful on my recent visit. I understand that they have a lot of pickers for pickup orders but I had to stop and let a staff member pass 5 times in a single visit, as in I was walking down an aisle and had to stop because they cut me off. Plus there was a staff member with a hood on and doing the picking, definitely not the friendly service they promote.

I visited the shoe department last week and received exceptional service from a woman named Shima. I usually find shoe shopping for my kids stressful, but she completely changed that experience for me.
Shima was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. When I couldn't their sizes in the style I liked, she didn't just point to an empty shelf; she immediately checked the back, and when it wasn't available, she suggested several fantastic alternatives that fit their needs perfectly.
She spent time ensuring the fit was perfect even though my children were tired, cranky and wanting to leave, she kept them interested and genuinely cared about getting them the winter boots they needed. Thanks to her efforts, we left with boots for both of them. Her professionalism and positive attitude made my day. She is a true asset to your team, and I highly recommend others to seek her out for assistance in the shoe department.
Thank you Shima, for making my shopping trip be so successful!

The absolute WORST customer service on the phone. I was on hold for HOURS. I would call, and it would take over 20 minutes for customer service to pick up. I'd tell them I need to speak to a duty manager, they'd put my back on hold and after another 20 minutes, someone would pick up and hang up the phone!!! I did this FOUR times!! And all I was trying to do it place a large order!!! (aka: spend money there) - like seriously!?Not cool at all. Terrible customer service over the phone.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Neda truly deserves one! She was working in shoes aisle but kindly helped me in the fashion department. I was searching for a very specific T-shirt and she helped me find exactly what I needed. Neda was super polite and communicative, and made sure I got great quality within my budget. Thank you, Neda—I’ll definitely be back!

They get rid of the cashiers to open up these self check outs but they also close those on a busy Sunday to make people suffer and wait in life for 15 minutes. Super disappointed and won’t be coming back
