Alicia was absolutely amazing at helping me and my mom with looking for and ordering two pairs of leggings that the Aerie website shipped to a different province by accident. She was so patient with us, gave us all our options and was able to navigate us through re ordering and cancelling the previous order successfully. She was so kind and understanding. I visited this store on Civic Holiday, and it felt like a ghost town with more than 5 employees aimlessly wandering around and less than 4 customers present. No one bothered to acknowledge our presence; they just seemed disinterested, either gossiping or loitering. The lack of basic courtesy created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite the store's neat organization and decent selection, the overall vibe was off-putting. I doubt I'll revisit this location.
Moreover, compared to other Aerie outlets like the one in Vaughn Mills, this store stands out for all the wrong reasons. The pricing, especially for clearance items, was significantly higher here. This stark pricing difference was hard to overlook. Consistency in pricing is crucial for customer satisfaction, and this store failed to deliver on that front. The pricing disparity between stores leaves me hesitant to consider returning to this particular outlet.

2024: 5/5 - The store did not have what I needed but a lady who works here listed other stores in the mall that were likely to have the clothing items I wanted, AND where to find those stores...top tier customer service, thank you!

Great store selling a variety of causal ,outerwear, and comfortable clothing for the whole family. Very good lounge-wear and accessorizes . Service was excellent. I wish I had the name of the gentleman that served me ,he was helpful and great. They did have some bargains for 60% off. Located in the Tangers outlet mall Cookstown

I shop here very often and have never had a problem. Unfortunately today I was refused a price match on a sweater simply because it was sold out online. All other same style sweaters were on sale and so I don’t understand why I was told I was unable to get the same price. The worker was very polite about it and seemed to be going to a the back to ask other workers what to do. Really disappointed in the management of this considering I’ve done this multiple times in the past and have received great service here. If the manager wanted to refuse me a discount they could have come out on the floor and explained it to me rather than putting that on their employee as well as myself in an uncomfortable position. Really disappointed in my visit today and didn’t even buy anything due to this.

Lindsay was fantastic! Super patient with me and super helpful when it came to ordering items that they didn’t have in the store that I was looking for, she even encouraged me to go look at the sale section for any other jeans that I wanted, regardless of size and she would order them for me. Highly recommend, I love this American eagle.

Really like this store but I really dont know why they are in the Outlet Mall. I believe most stores, if not all are cheaper than their main mall or stand alone counterpart stores and typically have sales on or great price reductions.Little to nothing on sales in this store when most others are 40% off, 20% off across the entire store.Still love their jeans and Kahki's but essentially the same experience as I would get in the Georgian or Upper Canada Malls.

Worst customer service. Bunch of girls standing around checking their phones or talking together about their weekend plans. Given that store multiple chances for even a greeting and I'm consistently ignored!
