A couple of reasons to give a low star rating.1) price: way much more expensive than purchasing online, which gives 50% off during BlackFriday holidays. In store, most regular prices for this store2) customer service: poor communication. I had a coupon allowing me to use for up to 3 pairs with regular prices for 50% off. However due to the communication and operation of the cashier, I was only able to use for one pair! And I decided to waste the coupon. My intention was to buy 3 using the coupon so each pair was within my budget. I picked up one with regular price, two from discounted area. The shoes from discounted area won’t be applicable to use for the coupon. Then I told the cashier I would not take them as I would choose one pair with regular price so I could get more discounts. Then the cashier said “you don’t have to. You already got 50% off for these two pairs” I was confused about where the 50%off was as in that scenario, I would not need any coupon since the same deal. I asked her to tell me the price. She said $55 for 2 pairs. It seems to be a 50% discount applied, and the cost per pair was within my budget. The cashier insisted on using my coupon for a separate purchase first. Then, after I paid the pair with regular price using the coupon. She said you only get 25% off. I challenged her about the 50% discount she mentioned. She said, For two pairs, you got 50% (one pair 25%! She must be good at addition in maths!!!) The costs for 2 pairs are $75. I became speechless and I couldn’t help raising my voice as I could not use my coupon anymore due to inconsistent communication and her operation. Why did not she confirm the discounted prices first?! Some supervisor just said some mean words without knowing the situation. That left me no option but retuning what I bought while wasting the coupon.I would never step my foot to this store anymore. Super arrogant and unprofessional

I have bought multiple pairs of crocs from this location within the past year. Today not only were they extremely rude to me but just completely unprofessional. I had asked a simple question if they had a size available in a pair of crocs but was met with a very unprofessional woman who made me feel stupid for asking the question not only did she make me feel dumb for asking a question afterwards she went to her co worker and started talking about me to which my boyfriend heard her talking about me as he was waiting for awhile to cash out because they were too busy watching me as if I was gonna steal something when all I was doing was standing there waiting for my boyfriend to be cashed out. I will no longer be buying from this location. I would much rather buy from online without feeling like a problem rather than a paying customer.

Stopped in to pick up spare shoes. They were having a summer sale of buy two get one free. So everyone in the family received new cross on this visit!!!! Staff was super nice and accommodating with a line up out the door being 40 people long.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Crocs Cookstown, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I drove over an hour with the sole purpose of exchanging a pair of Crocs that did not fit, hoping to get the right size without any hassle. However, the service I received left me feeling highly dissatisfied.Upon arriving at the store, I was met with the news that their WiFi was out. While I understand that technical difficulties can occur, it was disheartening to encounter this issue, especially considering it hindered my ability to easily make the exchange. Without access to web resources, I was unable to review alternative styles, compare prices, or find any additional information that would have aided me in making an informed decision.Moreover, the lack of assistance and willingness from the staff to accommodate my simple request added to my frustration. All I wanted was to exchange my ill-fitting pair for a better size, and I expected this to be a straightforward process. However, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, providing minimal guidance or support. Frankly, it felt as though my inquiry was an inconvenience to them, which should not be the case in a customer-oriented environment.Consequently, not only did I waste my time and gas driving to Crocs Cookstown, but I also left the store empty-handed and extremely disappointed. It should not be so challenging to exchange an item for the exact same price, especially when it is a matter of size. With the lack of assistance and the WiFi issue compounding the situation, my overall experience was far from satisfactory.I hope that the management of Crocs Cookstown takes this feedback into consideration and addresses the issues that contributed to my negative experience. Customers should not have to endure such frustrations when attempting a simple exchange, particularly if they have invested time and effort to reach the store. Enhancing staff training and maintaining reliable WiFi service should be prioritized to provide a more positive customer experience.I regret to say that my visit to Crocs Cookstown left me deeply dissatisfied, and as a result, I am hesitant about returning to the store in the future. I truly hope that improvements are made and that others do not encounter similar frustrations when seeking a resolution to their own concerns.My intention in leaving this review is not to discourage others from visiting the store, but rather to shed light on the areas that require improvement. Every customer deserves efficient and accommodating service, regardless of the circumstances.

This store had some good specials going on. However, the approach on that store from the floor sales persons are very unfriendly and to the extent of actually acting raises. They only approached white men or women who were shopping at the store. I was invisible in their eyes. When I tried to approach the sales person for assistance. They looked at me as if I was a strange creature, and turned around to talk to their colleague, or just turn around and walked away.Actually, I believe most of the stores employees at this outlet mall, have the same behavior towards none white. That's what I encountered in 80% of the stores I shopped/visited today. By the way this was my first time shopping at this outlet.I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping at a mall like I experienced today at the Cookstown Outlet

I love CROCS so bad but the staff here is the worst. They are too busy talking to themselves. I understand they are a young staff, but I literally had to wait 5 minutes for the girl to finish her very important conversation with her coworkers about boys and parties so that I could just pay and go.And also, THERE WERE 5 GIRLS AT THE CASH AND NO ONE WANTED TO TAKE CARE OF MY ORDER. They were all just talking to each other and screaming.Very annoying.

I think the girls name was Kaitlyn, so kind, so knowledgeable, so happy to help me, and not in a pushy way at all… not one to rave reviews, but this girl deserves a raise and a promotion. She should definitely be running the store hold onto that one guys!! oh yeah, the crocs I bought our amazing to? four furry pairs for the whole family!
