Again, older white female cashier. Just said hi, no further engagements when cashing out. While she was super friendly to the 2 customers before me. Of course these 2 customers shared similar background. Oh boy, what's happening in this mall? It is getting worse comparing to 10 years ago. Completely different experience (not a positive one) when comparing to stores in GTA.

Good experience at this gap outlet.You have to find the right deal since it's outlet there is no clearance section in specific but it's spread out so you may have to look for the discounted clothing.Overall good experience!
