Never answer phone. Drove from Barrie, kept attempting. Walked in store and sales person just leaning over counter on their cell phone. Not a customer in the store. Just let phone ring and ring

I visited the store today. I found a pair of shoes that I wanted to get in my size. Kept calling " hello, hello, anybody there" for a good 7 minutes. No one replied, finally saw the sales lady busy texting on her phone. I asked her if she could attend & she says she heard nothing. I asked to see slippers. She had no idea where the slippers were kept. I had to show her. She gives me a pair and trots off to continue on her phone. I wanted to get some help & none was available. Finally had enough and told her that this was not how you service your clients unless you don't want the business. Her reply that it was inappropriate for me to tell her that she should attend to her customers ! Wow! Thankfully found my slippers at another store with the best customer service. All the other stores at Tangiers Mall had excellent work ethics & customer service & it was a joy shopping there in marked contrast to Globo's saleslady.

We've gone to the store today to address some issues with our old purchase with no receipt and even box of the shoes, Vishva, the store assistant manager, helped us, to find a perfect fit shoe for us and managed all the transactions. She was a great assistance to simplify this process!!!Thanks Vishva.

Came here today to look at shoes and kid that works here comes up asking if i need help which i politely replied "no thank you" then he proceeds to walk to the cash immediately after and whisper something about me to his female co-worker obviously talking some trash about me then she looks over right at me n then both start laughing .. Trashy Little puke. Real classy people you got working here! Maybe if you got something to say about me say it to my face instead of ur co-worker u pathetic little coward .

Went in today (September 1, 2022)buy my girls some new shoes. The employee was too busy on her cell phone to even look up and say hello.Spent 5 minutes in the store and she still didn't even notice us, so we left.Never going back there again

Terrible people who work here. Noticed a sale on children shoes. Found a size 6 for my daughter our selfs that the sign said $19.99. When they rang them through came up as $44, when we walked the guy cashier over to the sign we all clearly saw they were $19.99. He then asked his manager to take a look she walked over and just pulled the sale sign off and said no they are $44 and then said someone must have put that there a few days ago. Young blonde wouldn't honor it and walked away. So said because of this they made no sale and we walked away unsatisfied.
