Horrible customer service by 1 person in particular- pink hair woman (who we found out afterwards is the store manager) makes you feel like you are a burden when you ask a simple question about the jeans in their store... I can't believe she even has a job there (nevermind being the store manager on top of that)
I will never spend my hard earned money in that store ever again!

I’ve always trusted Levi’s for its quality, but my experience at this location left me genuinely disappointed. Throughout my visit, every question I asked was met with impatience and a rude, dismissive attitude. It felt like my presence was a burden rather than that of a customer.
By the time I was being cashed out, I had lost my patience and asked why the employee was acting so miserable toward me. Instead of de-escalating or addressing the issue, she told me to leave the store and threatened to call security. I later learned she was actually the store manager, which made the experience even more upsetting.
No customer deserves to be treated this way especially not by someone in a leadership position. I hope Levi’s takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service training at this location. Respect and professionalism should be the standard, not the exception.

Mya is the best! I had a FANTASTIC experience at this location. I was taken care of from beginning to end, I was helped with the fit, tried on many different styles and sizes with no rush from Mya. She helped me save tons of money and get a couple pairs of great fitting jeans!

After not being to this location for about 2 years, I must say I’m extremely disappointed with the new staff and especially the pink haired manager. My first experience here was so pleasant with young and vibrant employees, but with new management looks like it’s went downhill. “Janis” is extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. What a fall from grace.

A lady with pink hair I’m gonna assume she was the manager does not treat her costumers with any sort of respect including myself when I was checking out I’ve also had complaints that she does not treat her new employees well terrible service would not recommend going up to her if you have questions everyone else in the store was lovely 😊

I have never been so disappointed in the customer service by the store manager Janice, I came in the other day and to overhear the store manager discussing employees in a very negative light, not to mention swearing like a sailor on the floor…. when I had approached Janice for help I politely asked her name then she proceeds to roll her eyes at me when I was just trying to make a friendly conversation and ask for help finding a pair of jeans, needless to say I will never be coming back to this location as JANICE RUINED IT FOR ME

I forgot to ask for the ladies name who greeted me and helped me find my first pair of levis.
She was great helped me find my size and pair, gentlemen at the cash reminded my husband the jeans were to be placed in the dryer. overall great experience.,

Had a great experience about a month ago with a lovely lady named Faith who brought me out of my comfort zone and got me into some jeans I would not normally try on. I ended up absolutely loving the way they fit on me and purchased them! Well I ended up spilling my lunch on them recently and have stained them pretty badly. Today, I went to go back in and grab another pair of those jeans… well what an unfortunate trip I had this time around. No one greeted me at the doors or even for the first 15 minutes of me shopping around trying to find those same jeans again. After not having help, I decided to go ask for some to find those jean's, the person helping me could not seem to find them on the floor or in the back room. So I had asked if Faith was around and she was not that day. If we were rating based on employees and who to ask for help, 5 star to Faith! and 0 stars to the rest. This time around the staff seemed very unorganized and more happy to hangout with friends instead of helping customers.

I was very pleased with my experience shopping at levis store in the tanger outlet mall.
I was greeted at the door by Faith who immediately asked if she could help me find what i was looking for..I had only a vague idea of what i wanted and and she was able to give me ideas and was very helpful.
I walked out of the store having purchased more than I intended to but I'm very happy that I did.
The quality of the product and discounts offered were hard to walk away from.
I will certainly be back as I appreciate a good deal and a friendly ,helpful sales person.
I highly recommend Tanger outlet mall levis store and all if their sales staff but Faith in particular.
She took very good care of me.

Had the best experience at Levi’s at the Cookstown mall yesterday ! Our Sales stylist Maddie greeted us right away and helped me pick out outfits I had no idea would look great on me! Thank you Maddie and highly recommend her for anyone who needs style help as I certainly did!

They marked themselves as temporarily closed last weekend so I didn’t come. This weekend they were marked as open but they were not. Frustrated I drove 40 minutes for nothing.

I just had a baby a few months ago and have been having a hard time feeling good in any of the clothes I wear. Alannah was amazing at helping me find a few pairs of jeans that I felt confident in and beautiful. She brought me 9 different styles in varying colours and a couple of sizes (her sizing was SPOT on). This isn’t the first time she’s helped me find jeans and surely won’t be the last. Highly recommend this store and the associates that work there.
