“I took their beef butchery class the other night and it was fantastic. The team was incredibly knowledgeable—not just about how to break down each cut, but also about the cow itself, the farm it came from, and the best ways to prepare each cut. They even cooked multiple different cuts for us to try, and they were all delicious and perfectly prepared. The store itself is packed with great items and tons of variety. I’m especially excited to dig into the root beer sausages and bone marrow burgers I picked up. Highly recommend checking this place out!”

The lady at the front desk was very kind and professional and the people in the back are very eager to make sure I get the cuts of meat that I want.
