Mountain Warehouse provides excellent customer service with very polite and helpful staff. The team is wonderful, friendly, patient, and supportive. They are skilled at resolving issues, replacing items, and helping customers find the best products for their needs. Staff will also assist with online orders, locate receipts, and arrange home delivery for items not in stock. Customers report great experiences and consistently state they will definitely return to the store for future purchases. Many describe it as one of their best visits to any clothing store.

I love mountain warehouse, but the manager needs lessons in customer service. I found him rude and condescending. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this location.
