We visited samsonite store to buy a couple of gadgets, but unfortunately, none of the salespeople came to assist us upon entering. The congestion was quite high, and despite our efforts, we couldn’t find anyone to guide us through our purchase. However, Plaza Mart is a collective of outlets with a variety of amenities.

I visited the Samsonite store and was incredibly disappointed with the service.The staff completely ignored us; they didn't even bother to ask if we needed any help.It was a frustrating and unwelcoming experience. I expected much better from a brand like Samsonite.

Really enjoyed the pleasant friendly service here. Samsonite does have a great reputation for luggage. They also offer some great Disney themed luggage but its Disney so its priced accordingly.
