Jessica in the parts department is fantastic worked very hard to find all the parts breakdowns to ensure we could get what we needed. Also went the extra mile including loading the parts into my wife's car.

Everyone at Stewart’s is helpful and great to work with! We would like to mention Jamie and Harry specifically. We bought a Kubota M6-131 last fall and had a blade installed by Stewart’s. They have been incredible with service and support. We had a minor issue with the shifter last winter and they came out same day to fix it! Then this fall some fittings and hoses needed tightened and replaced and Jamie went out of his way to make sure it was done for us quickly and efficiently! We can’t say enough about the team at Stewart’s and we are very happy with our Kubota! Well done guys!

Hello to all. I am here to share my story with a recent investment I made, which involved a brand new 2023 Kubota GR2120 garden tractor with associated implements. Before I made this purchase, many weeks prior to were spent researching various garden tractors, as well as a variety of sub-compact tractor models within my preference/needs and price range. After calling many equipment dealers in the nearby area, I truly became drawn to the team at Stewart’s Equipment, in Cookstown Ontario, for many reasons. At first, I was confused as to what piece of equipment would suit my needs in regards to cutting grass on my 2-acre property, together with removing snow on my large 9500 sq. ft. driveway. I basically got disregarded by most dealers, partly due to the fact that I didn’t know what I wanted just yet. I didn’t get the guidance I was looking for; also because I was going back-and-forth between different makes and models, I presumably appeared as a ‘tire-kicker’ - someone who may not even buy anything from confusion of what to get. This all changed when I started my journey with the team at Stewart’s Equipment. Andy and Jamie (to name a couple) excelled above and beyond my expectations. They stuck with me the entire way and offered honest and bias-free service. As the weeks went on, I finally narrowed my search down to the high performing diesel, hydrostatic driven Kubota GR2120 with a RCK54GR mowing deck as well as a GR2846 front-mount snowblower. The ordering process was smooth and I was constantly updated with a prompt delivery time. The biggest gratitude I felt from my experience was realized when, after narrowing my search down the above unit, the folks at Stewart’s ended up delivering a GR2120 (free of charge) to my residence (prior to my final purchase decision) to make sure this tractor would be able to ascend/descend my steep gravel driveway. The steepness of my driveway was going to be a make-or-break situation from making a deal on this piece of equipment. Other dealers didn’t want to take the effort (without me paying extra) to have this unit brought to me prior to my purchase, but this was clearly not the case with the service I recieved at Stewart’s. Not only was I confident in my entire purchase process and tractor-finding journey, but my Kubota and its attachments were delivered exactly when they promised me it would arrive, scratch-free and ready to use. I did not feel like I was rushed in this entire process and after delivery, I was followed up with to hear how I was doing and how the unit was holding up. I would highly recommend contacting Stewart’s Equipment (at any of their dealership locations) in your search for finding the best piece of equipment, that is within your preferences/needs as well as price budget. Thanks so much Stewart’s! Looking forward to my next equipment purchase sometime soon!
