My real estate agent suggested Dave's heating to me when I purchased my home approx 2 years ago. I had a gas fireplace installed at that time. It has been nothing but problems. Initially, it took many service calls because the pilot light kept going out. Finally, one service person adjusted the draft properly and it worked for the rest of the season. Once again, the pilot continues to go out. I have called their office 2 days a row with no response. I give up on Dave's heating. I would not suggest anyone use this company.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The loud noise that I was hearing when the blower came on is no longer there.
The service techician was excellent. He made sure on his second visit that the noise problem was solved and looked after. He was very polite and explained what he had done to solve the issue.
Thank you and please thank the techician for a job well done.
I have already recommended Dave's Heating to friends and family, and will continue to do so.

I highly recommend Dave's Heating and Cooling for their exceptional HVAC services. Their professional technicians promptly resolved our issue, and their workmanship is top-notch. However, the billing practices could use some improvement, as a "diagnostic charge" was applied for a quick, 20-minute assessment, and we were billed for full hours for both the diagnostic and installation which combined would have been less than an hour. Other HVAC companies often offer free diagnostics. For better transparency, a detailed explanation of their billing structure would be appreciated. Despite this, their work is exceptional, and I would rate them 4 out of 5 stars.

From the initial visit by Dave to assess our needs for a mini split cold climate heat pump to the excellent communication from Terri-Lynn they more than met our expectations.To Pat and Trent the lead installers along with the third man(I had forgotten his name) who did all the electrical work .Great job:Any requests we had were met with enthusiasm.Also at the end of each day the job site was cleaned up inside and out.Thank you for the great work.There will be no problem recommending Dave's Heating and cooling.

Very rude. No ppl skills. He seemed to have zero patience when i ask questions and information, you sir need to learn how to speak to your customers who pay for your bills. Ps. I found someone with R22 coolant 45 seconds after you left. It didn't cost me 5k for a new AC. You picked the wrong house wife to try to sell a new unit to. ✌️
Edit: of course there was no invoice, he didn't do anything! And the fact that you are defending this man because he said I got angry? Of course he would say that to hide his own bad behavior. A good business would come here and apologize to hear I had a bad experience have a conversation. It further shows who you are as a company. And just because there was a surge in calls does not give this man the right to come to MY house and disrespect me.
I know how the R22 unit works. He told me there is coolant but said "you wouldn't want it it's too expensive" he said that multiple time. Then proceed to tell me he wouldn't touch my unit anyways because it would contaminate his tools. When I said I'm not buying a new unit, find the coolant. He says well I guess we are done here. So for him to say he walked away cause I was angry is beyond false. He walked away cause he saw he was not going to sucker me into buying a new unit. It's not the first guy with a certificate who comes to my house and tries to sell me equipment I don't need because I'm a woman.

Have used Dave's Heating twice now and I am very pleased with the quickness of service from start to finish, not just the service people but also the office staff. All very helpful, easy to talk too when explaining things on what and what not to do. I highly recommend this company.

Very thorough and professional. Used thrm twice. First time was annual check of AC, Furnace, fireplace, heater. Second time was an issue with furnace. Would highly recommend!
