“I spoke with Dave Dukelow over the phone. He asked questions about what I had already examined about the problems with my washer. He asked important questions and we amazingly resolved the issue over the phone. He did not have to charge me for the advice as my washer was not fixable. He also returned my call the same day and he called after hours which I was very pleased with since I have been waiting for other repair men to help. I have been waiting 4 days already for advice. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend him. Thanks ?”

“Dryer arrived damaged, I was offered $100 off or wait 12 days for a replacement dryer(while they take this one away and I'd be left with no dryer) definitely not the best options as who can go 12 days without a dryer?? I was basically forced to take the cashback option.
Otherwise the salesman and delivery guys were top notch!”
