“I spoke with Dave Dukelow over the phone. He asked questions about what I had already examined about the problems with my washer. He asked important questions and we amazingly resolved the issue over the phone. He did not have to charge me for the advice as my washer was not fixable. He also returned my call the same day and he called after hours which I was very pleased with since I have been waiting for other repair men to help. I have been waiting 4 days already for advice.
