It was time to change our cellular provider and we decided to go with bell as they were able to offer lower prices for what we were looking for. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable. he explained what we were getting and set up our three phones in no time. the price was right and the service was 10+. would highly recommend you go to the Cornwall square for your Bell needs.

I went to Bell because I wanted a new cell phone. I have been with Bell for many years and I was not happy with the price of my monthly phone plan. Tyler was able to help me get the newest iPhone and a monthly plan that fit all my requirements. I was very indecisive and anxious about getting a new phone and he took the time on Saturday and Sunday to go over different payment plans, and the specs on the different phones. I’m very enthusiastic about his quality of care, and you can tell he is in this career to help make others happy. Thank you Tyler, I wish I could give this a 20-star review!! Best customer service I’ve ever received and I have been a supervisor at multiple stores/restaurants in my life..
P.S. I went to all the other stores in the mall, and there is no comparison between the price and customer service I received.

Would not use Bell if they were the last service on earth. For 8 months straight, my wife has spent 11 hours on the phone trying to sort out our bill. They add services we didn't ask for, and we can't understand what the agent is saying most of the time. We are cancelling everything.

I am almost totally illiterate on my phone. I came into the Cornwall ON store and Tyler was absolutely awesome. He got everything up and running for me. He is wonderful.
