Unacceptable and Unprofessional Service
I am extremely disappointed with hearing about my best friend’s experience at Best Buy. She and her son was explicitly told by Best Buy that their order was lost, yet despite this, they only offered a 20% refund. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
If a retailer acknowledges that they lost a customer’s order, the responsibility to resolve that issue — including providing a full refund — should be obvious. Being forced to chase a refund for an order that Best Buy admits they cannot locate is beyond frustrating and reflects very poorly on their customer service standards.
As a result of this experience, I will not be shopping at Best Buy moving forward. I would strongly caution others to think twice if they expect accountability when something goes wrong.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Extremely slow workers. I went in to pick up something I had purchased online and it took a half hour for an employee to grab my item and give it to me.

Unacceptable — Best Buy Lost My $5,000 Order
My autistic son saved for this gaming computer and does not understand how this happened and as a mom how do I explain to him how they lost his order.
Best Buy lost my $5,000 order and has provided no real answers or solutions. This is completely unacceptable for a company of this size. I’ve been left to chase updates, repeat my story, and wait with no resolution.
Customers deserve transparency and accountability—especially when thousands of dollars are involved. This experience has been stressful, time‑ for a clear resolution. I hope the company improves communication and support for situations like this, as it has been a frustrating experience.

Best Buys Sunday special.. not acknowlegded whatsoever walking in.. was looking for something ( a basic wifi adapter for pc).. was told they only sold that particular item online.. but was so disinterested they couldn't bother to just sell me something they had in stock. Amazon it was.

i tried again to call local best buy but i get automated answer i been trying to call order things with this company for past few years but with no success ! and today once again no results with calling to speak to a live human . this is the worst automated service i have every encountered .in the past 5 yrs plus i have bought 8 pcs {grandchildren) and numerous controllers / accessory's etc over the yrs an guess what .i tried from best today again and no live person after answering all the automated questions just plain shitty customer sales service!

I brought my laptop and external hard drive in for a simple music transfer. Four employees stood there looking confused, which should have been a warning. When I picked up the computer the next day, none of my music was anywhere on it.
I called Geek Squad online, and the agent told me the store had only dropped the files into a folder on my desktop instead of completing the actual transfer I requested. Half the job, at best.
I don’t recommend this store. If you need real help, get a Geek Squad membership and work with the online team. The in-store service was useless.

If I could put a zero i would. On Sat 22 I went there to purchase a new mobile phone on term. A salesperson served me, when finalizing the transaction with the phone provider it failed 2 times, I mentioned him it might be my residential address was not updated he told me, no it's not the reason, it might be the Black Friday event, the system is busy, he said to come back in 2 hours. In the meantime I went online at home updated my address. When went back to the store, I saw that sales person, I tried to make an eye contact and also say Hi so that he notice me. He completely ignored me. Other salesperson came to see me asking me if they can help, I told them waiting for that guy. That guy made me wait 45 minutes ignoring me. After that I decided to leave the store and no one tried to catch me telling me he will soon finish, they completely ignored me. I was very frustrated after that. What a poor service, looks you judge your customers by appearance. I will never step my foot again in that store. Finally on the same day went to another store, I could made the purchase with the same phone provider, the treatment there was different.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have had in 30yrs. Carla, the manager is quick, honest & goes 5 extra miles to make things seamless & easy for her customers. Don is easily the most patient, friendly & accomodating sales person i have encountered since the 80s (when folks were friendly). He answered all of our questions with a smile, warmth & humour (and we were there over an hour). William is friendly, funny & scary smart/knowledeable. He was also very honest & helped us make an informed decision that fit our budget. He even helped us carry it out to the car. Wish i could give 10 stars. Thanks guys for turning a stressful purchase into an AMAZING experience! ?

Sales staff were quite efficient on the front end, handling the order for a Lenovo desktop PC very quickly and with little hastle. But when the unit arrived with a faulty keyboard they provided no help. They insisted I return the entire PC even though i had spent hours loading it with software and data. Fortuneately, Lenovo were very responsive and sent me a replcement keyboard (with no request to return the faulty one) within 2 working days. Kudos to Lenovo but Best Buy was a real disapointment.

Very disappointing experience buying a mirrorless camera and laptop for the event , Ordered on 28th June in store online by customer representative and expected delivery for 2nd July. The customer representative promised to get delivered on time, called customer care and were not cooperative. Very bad experience rather spending huge money no cooperation seen from either side didn't help, ending up spoiling the event
