Terrible return policyI bought a rechargeable thermocell mosquito repellent; we were 5 outside sitting at a small table and getting bitThey would not refund me nor give me credit as the product was used (10min)I was made to buy a new replacement cartridge at 32 dollars and I had to spend the store credit so I exchanged the rechargeable thermocell of 75 dollars after tax for a gas thermocell valued at 32 dollars So essentially paid double for a product just because they would not take it back and return to manufacture.l as defective.Thanks BMR you’ve fleece this customer for the last time I’ll go to Canadian tire next time
