I'm disappointed with my recent experience at Canadian tire Cornwall Ontario.
I visited the store after checking the website for craft brown paper which showed the item was in stock.as I was in A hurry I asked a sales person who was uncertain.
So he directed me to the sales associate who was arranging seasonal decorations.
She didn't even bother to look. Said this is out of stock. I said it was avaliable on the website. Did everything got sold this morning ? She replied NO it was out of stock for a long time. You may have looked at a wrong store.her response was dismissive and unprofessional.
How ever Winston, another sales associate
Provided excellent customer service.finding the item in seconds with a positive and respectful attitude.he is a great asset to Canadian tire.and I appreciate his help.
Looking for good service at Canadian tire Cornwall
Ask fo Winston.( Im not exactly sure if his name is Winsent or Winston).
Before writing this review I also called the store manager to make this complaint.
He was professional and understanding too.

Clean, organized, loads of Christmas decor, ideas and gifts. Love The Bay selection. Line ups are long, but they move quickly. Cashiers are friendly and helpful.
I didn't need these, but they were a great price!

I was there the other day walking down one of the isles and as I got closer to an employee with my cart, I assured the person that I wouldn't hit her and she said she wanted me to hit her so she could go home... Mmmmkay.....
Next I go to the car department because I needed a battery, no one there to help. I waited for a while along with another customer and then a middle aged balding guy shows up doing his best to ignore us, puts his badge on and starts looking at his mobile device... Again, not even trying to acknowledge us or telling us he'll be with us soon. So I ask him if he's helping someone and he immediately gives me attitude as if I am personally attacking him...
At that time, another employee walks up and he gets told by the employee with the crappy attitude to help me. Unfortunately the guy helping me tells me he's new and needs help from the bad attitude guy, which of course he doesn't get. I don't blame the new guy.
At that moment I walked out. If y'all hate your job so much, don't work there...

On Black Friday ...
I Received Bad customer service from Marty , or Maybe its Mardy in the Auto Service Centre.
When I was asking questions about Snow Tires , He kept rolling his eyes at me , & being very rude & Ignorant to me when I was trying to buy new Tires.
I hope God Blesses Marty or Mardy whatever his name is , so he can be a nicer person & have better days !!

great customer service very friendly and the store is clean easy to navigate nothing blocking the aisles
