“I had the privilege of meeting Lisa and Cameron after bringing my vehicle in for repairs on three separate occasions. The damage was caused by someone who opened their parked vehicle’s door into mine.
From the beginning, the estimate was very reasonable, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. I also ran into an issue with my insurance company’s rental vehicle policy. Lisa and Cameron resolved the problem immediately by personally delivering one of their Teslas to my workplace, which is approximately 100 km away from the body shop.
I was genuinely not prepared for this level of premium customer service. Their professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers are truly exceptional.
I would confidently recommend CSN Unitech to anyone, even if they have to drive two hours to get there. If you need repairs done properly and want outstanding customer service, they are absolutely worth the trip.
