Due to an engine light, they weren't able to rent me on time but arranged to have another vehicle readied up within 2-hours of the exact same type after an oil change was completed. With it came a 10% discount even though I didn't ask for one and was fine with the minor delay. Oh, and Brian here is just wonderful.”
