So I just got back home from store (2 grandkids in tow), what is better than the merchandise that we love love love so much, is Melissa our sales associate. She is an absolute Rockstar and a credit to her profession. Best sales service I have ever received at any retail outlet anywhere. You deserve all that is good and nothing in this world beats the smiles you put on my grandkids faces while making them feel a sense of independence. Thank you Melissa.

I went last night and i was shocked to see they close at 6pm during Christmas season on some days of the week. I joined my husband for the drive to Cornwall so I could shop at carters and couldn’t imagine they would be closed so that was disappointing.

Grateful for the employee who took time to find me exactly what I needed for my son for Remembrance Day service. We didn't purchase every item she picked and it wasn't the easiest trip to the store but she was dead on in finding what I described and knew the stock she had in her store! Thank you!
