I have been shopping at the Cleo store for many years and have purchased much of the of clothing in petite size, however I find that the quality seems to have diminished and every time I go I am disappointed, Your manager Erin is awesome .

I was returning 2 sweaters i had purchased online. The item codes were entered correctly, but twice they sent the same wrong sweater. Erin at Cornwall Square sorted it all out and i got my refund. She was very friendly and helpful.

The service is 100%top notch. The women are women and friendly. It appears that each client is treated like they are special. They wrap up your parcel and then walk it around to you. ❤️❤️
