Can’t say enough good things about Brian Smith in sales and Thomas Sylvester in financing — absolute rockstars! From start to finish, their service, attention to detail, and down-to-earth personalities made the whole experience such a good one. They went above and beyond in every way…especially adding in a birthday balloon on pickup! Customer service is definitely alive and well!

I recently bought a new Audi and quickly realized there’s nowhere in Cornwall that really understands or looks after vehicles like this. I had a minor issue and called Volkswagen they got me in within 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem right away, and had me back on the road in under an hour.
The service here is absolutely impeccable. Professional, efficient, and reassuring. I look forward to dealing with them for the entire time I own this vehicle!

The entire process from purchase to pick up was a breeze. I drove down from Ottawa to pick up my new 2025 Tiguan. Michael was very responsive whether via phone or email and provided me with straightforward honest answers. Dealing with Thomas in finance was also very easy and quick. Never experience such an horrible service in car dealership. Called to check on availability for a car which was confirmed. Drove 40 minutes to the place to find out that car was sold. Sales rep offered me to see another one but 1 minute later after consulting with his manager. He came back to let me know that was sold as well. I had to walk out.

Only way I could write a review was to check off a star - I assure you I would give this dealership no stars for the following fraudulent act:
Returning to Ontario from a trip to Halifax our Audi had a slow leek in a rear tire. Our Audi app lead us to Cornwall Centre Volkswagen. Two hours later we were advised that the tire “can’t be repair” and we “need 4 new tires with alignment”. Estimate was $2400 and tires would be in stock the following day. The Audi is just over a year old and has a set of winter tires. I nursed the car back to Barrie by stopping at every service center on the 401.
I have a reliable honest tire shop that has looked after our tire needs for over 20 years. Tire was repaired for $20! Tire wear on all tires less than 50%!
Was I taken advantage of because I was travelling through - absolutely!
Cornwall Centre Volkswagen guilty of fraud - absolutely! Dishonest - absolutely!
