Kyle and his whole team at Crossfit Cornwall have been so welcome for our office/team workouts. We've been working out at Crossfit Cornwall since 2021 and it was really important to pick a gym in the area that was flexible for our team but also provided really good support and assistance. We've probably done over 100+ workouts as a team so far and I love the variety that Crossfit Cornwall provide to us. I would HIGHLY recommend for you to check out this gym if you're looking to provide a cool space for your work team to workout together.

CrossFit Cornwall is definitely my favorite gym in town! I have tried many gyms in Cornwall over the past several years and this is the only one I have been able to commit to. The programmed group classes take the stress off having to go into the gym and organize your own warmups, workouts and stretches. The coaches are great and are always able to recommend modifications when a movement or weight is not comfortable. The members are also super friendly and make the environment even more enjoyable. If you’ve been wanting to join a fitness program I highly suggest CrossFit Cornwall, it is so much fun!

I have never stuck to a workout or diet regime as long as I have with crossfit cornwall kyle is truly amazing at what he does. as someone who struggles with depression and anxiety I cannot tell you enough how much of an improvement this has had on my mental health. the workouts can be difficult but everyone helps to motivate you through them. I love going to class everyday. strongly recommended

I can’t say enough great things about this gym. CrossFit Cornwall is a place to surround yourself with great coaches and positive people who are all working toward bettering themselves. I look forward to going the gym every day to hang out with a fun crew, relieve stress and work on improving my individual fitness goals. Highly recommend!

CrossFit Cornwall is an amazing atmosphere! Kyle is extremely patient with teaching the classes and making sure you have proper technique. I’ve been training with Kyle for just over two years now. He’s helped me come back after having baby #1, and I’m currently still training while pregnant with baby #2.After pregnancy, it wasn’t easy to come back postpartum, but it was completely doable with Kyle as a coach. He took the time to make sure I slowly progressed back to where I was prepregnancy, and I can even say I came back in better shape and stronger than before my son was born. One of the main reasons I was able to train the way I did postpartum, is because Kyle was great and even encouraged me to bring my son with me to the gym so I could work out. My son now almost 2, loves coach Kyle and still comes with me to the gym. I’m now 32 weeks pregnant with my second son and I’m still going as frequently to the gym, thanks to the great coaching. Of course I scale when necessary, and it’s hard mentally not being able to do certain things that I know I’m capable of doing, but with the encouraging atmosphere and great coaching I feel completely safe doing CrossFit while pregnant! I can’t wait to start bringing my second son to the gym with me this winter!I can’t say enough great things about the gym. Don’t be afraid of CrossFit, as it’s clear that it’s very scalable to what you are able to do. You will discover that you’re capable of a lot more than you thought you were capable of. You’ll become stronger physically and mentally... bonus is that the community is great!

Great gym! Excellent coaching and workouts. Kyle (owner) knows his stuff, and is highly committed to his CrossFit box. Everyone is friendly and there is a great atmosphere!
