“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have had in 30yrs. Carla, the manager is quick, honest & goes 5 extra miles to make things seamless & easy for her customers. Don is easily the most patient, friendly & accomodating sales person i have encountered since the 80s (when folks were friendly). He answered all of our questions with a smile, warmth & humour (and we were there over an hour). William is friendly, funny & scary smart/knowledeable. He was also very honest & helped us make an informed decision that fit our budget. He even helped us carry it out to the car. Wish i could give 10 stars. Thanks guys for turning a stressful purchase into an AMAZING experience! ?”

“Dryer arrived damaged, I was offered $100 off or wait 12 days for a replacement dryer(while they take this one away and I'd be left with no dryer) definitely not the best options as who can go 12 days without a dryer?? I was basically forced to take the cashback option.
Otherwise the salesman and delivery guys were top notch!”
