Cornwall location staff were super helpful, even with staffing issues. Rental was easy, extending rental with no problems. Rental return was so fast, and they gave me a ride to my car! Very friendly staff.

An unforgettable experience to say the least. Rented a 7 seater through Enterprise to bring something back from Chicago. At first they didn’t have the car i had requested due to problems out of their reach, but Sarah was quick to rectify and switched it to another one equally as good with no time wasted. Come time to the payment, I reluctantly took Enterprises insurance at a staggering 40 dollars a day (Pricey, i know)! And we were on our way. The car ran great and was immaculately clean. We stopped along the way in Detroit for two nights to cut the travel time in half and to shop. Getting out of the airbnb to continue our journey, i made a shocking discovery. Our wonderful Chrysler Pacifica was gone. Confirming the stereotypes of Detroit our car was stolen.
I called Sarah at Enterprise and she was quick to guide me in the right direction on getting a replacement Pacifica on the same day. The reluctance i had in paying 40 dollars a day for the Enterprise insurance saved my butt! With Sara’s calm expertise in handling the situation and wonderful customer service, I had one of my best experiences in renting a car. It felt like i was talking to a longtime friend.
I don’t usually write reviews for places but this was something i had to make an exception for as the experience was exceptionally great.

Edit: thanks to the very quick and helpful response by Enterprises customer service reps, my sunglasses were "found". While the Cornwall branch and the manager in particular was less than helpful, the main offices CSRs are the bees knees! Three stars thanks to them
Unfortunately I forgot my prescription sunglasses in a vehicle before returning it. My wife called the office, spoke to the manager, who went to check the vehicle we rented, a Nissan SUV the manager coincidentally used as a personal vehicle later that day. After returning to the call, the manager confirmed she had found the glasses. Great, saves me 670$ for a pair of new ones. When returning to the office later that day, my wife was told by the same manager that the sunglasses were not found, mentioning something about a detailer who just left. I went to the office the following day and was told by the manager herself that she never checked the vehicle, that it was a different detailer who wasn't in the office that day. Somewhere in the course of 4 hours my glasses went from being lost, found, then lost again in an inconsistent story involving *multiple* detailers. Thankfully the phone call was recorded thanks to home security video. What a bummer

I want to make a very good shout out to the people who work at Enterprise, in Cornwall. We had an incident with our personal vehicle and had to make a claim we got a rental, not only was the service great but the process was smooth and easy, plus they answered all our questions and provided contact info and made us feel important. They picked us up and drove us back to the collision garage. I would highly recommend!!!

I had very friendly, pleasant and swift service for both the pick up and return of my rental car at this location. I was happy with the car and the text and email to modify my rental (which I ended up needing) and as someone who is NOT a techy, I appreciated that it was simple.

Honestly, the girl at the front is absolutely useless haha. She couldn't even tell us where to drop the car off at the airport and essentially told us to figure it out and google it. We return the car, my husband asks for a ride home, she doesn't even acknowledge it. Ignores him so he walked the 3k back home lol. Terrible service. Picking up and returning vehicle, expect 30 plus min. Couldn't answer basic questions. It was chaos and not at all easy. We won't be doing enterprise next year for our vacation car rental that's for sure! Oh and the front counter is always chaos. You won't get one on one service. They'll be helping others and half listening to you the whole time. Toronto enterprise was amazing but cornwalls? Can't give it over 2 stars.

They used scare tactics to try to get me to get the collision waiver, then when I aaid no, the lady rudely told me "You wanna gamble? That's fine" then when I took issue with that, she locked me out of the office, making a show of having someone locking and unlocking the door for people to go in and out.

They steal cash that you leave accidentally in the rental to be able to fill the rental with. They over charge you on your credit card. You speak to a Manager (Sara) who promises to call you back. Remind her after a week with a reminder phone call. She responds. I’ll get back to you by the end of the day. We are in July months after we rented still no phone call.. $140 cash was stolen and not even an apology. And if you read all the reviews, it’s not the first time. If they only knew how badly we needed that money at the time , what they did to us, kind of became personal. I think I’ve been patient enough, but it’s now been months. Where is my money that was in my car Sara??

I went to enterprise yesterday and it was chaos! We arrived at 9am for our car pickup time and they had zero cars available because they all needed oil changes. There was a massive wait list and no one was getting cars. The staff were all over the place and not helpful or nice. They had endless excuses and were honestly a bit agressive. We called National Car Rental and they were able to get us a car immediately, the guy working there was so nice and helpful! It took us about 10 minutes to set up our rental and get driving. The staff at National told us this is a frequent issue at enterprise and that it almost happens every Monday! I will definitely be booking with national going forward. The one good thing with enterprise is cancelling our reservation was really easy we just called and it immediately got cancelled with no charge.
