I went in today to buy scratch tickets. I’m 18 and the guy wouldn’t sell them to me because he said I needed to be 19 I would’ve been fine if he said he didn’t believe my ID was real but like how do you not know what the legal age is?

Called the night before to ask if the uhaul was there for me in the morning. The person working told me yes it was. When I got to the gas station the next morning suddenly the truck had dissapeared from the lot and the guy working didn't know why. He was also extremely rude and we ended up in a yelling match inside the gas station because everytime I tried to speak he had the urge to speak over me and start yelling to cut me off and not listen to what I had to say. This gas station used to be owned by canadians and they were really friendly but since these new owners took over they've been extremely rude. Would not recommend u haul or this has gas station to anybody and I will be making sure cornwall knows how much attitude I got from that punk that was working. Never in my life have I received such horrible service from a company. Uhaul is suppose to be a big professional company and all I had was the opposite, an EXTREMELY unprofessional company to deal with. Expecially this gas station. Second time I've been in there since the new owners took over and both times the employees couldn't have more of an attitude.

Gas is a bit more expensive than in town but the view on the river is phenomenal while filling up your tank.

Staff are useless. Gas is the cheap stuff from Macewens and the pumps are always out of service.

One of the worst things to feel is like you have been robbed.I was overcharged, and getting anyone to contact me or deal with my case was impossible. Do not sign up with this company. If you buy a house with their tanks already there (as I did) , get rid of them!
