Lots of people say there are awesome shoes and service here. We were so impressed when we stepped into the store. However,we didn’t get a proper service when we wanted to make a return: purchased a pair of heeled boots ($169.50) the day before and returned the next day to exchange for a pair of flats ($158.20). One would think they would refund the first transaction and charge for the second pair, but no, they told us they’ll refund us $11.30 (the difference between the two pairs). Then, they screwed up by charging, then cancelling $11.30, followed by refunding $11.30 to the credit card at the end. Didn’t receive any paperwork to say we returned/exchanged the first pair.Reply to the store: thanks for the explanation. :) I’m grateful I found really great shoes at your store. ??

I needed winter boots form my 88 yr old mother who has edema in her feet. I called the store a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Ally. She told me their stock should be in within the next 1.5 weeks. I called back 1.5 weeks and she agreed to put a pair of winter boots aside for us so that we could come the following Saturday to try them on mom. When we arrived at the store, Ally was the first person we spoke with. I told her our name and she immediately went back to get the boots she had put aside. They were too tight, so Ally and her coworker kept looking for other winter boots (width and styles) until they found the perfect fit!Mom is delighted as was I. The service was exceptional, and they were a pleasure to do business with.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Staff was very knowledgeable and able to recommend shoes that would be suitable for a foot injury I had.

Good store and varieties of shoes to choose from .Also High quality.
The only negative is that they don't return .
At least there should be a period of 1 week for residents of Cornwall to return or exchange. They should ask for address and phone number and give 1week chance for return.
