Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with this business. Im told they’re able to pick up booze on cheque day, but are refusing to go to a shoppers to get diapers for a child. Then I’m told it’s the boss’ rules, so I hope Loceys takes pride in how they regulate delivering product.

the female , owner who takes your order over the phone she is the most ignorant rude, nasty person i know ,oh and i would not even give one star but they make you , or you cant leave a comment ,shes so annoying and unprofessional and i hear this from a lot of people.she needs mental health thats for sure..

The woman who answers the phone has some serious issues and attitude. She is always so rude, ignorant, and shouldn’t be working in customer service. She then wonders why they get bad reviews. Their delivery times during some moments are exceptionally long too, and they still wonder why they get negative reviews. They will even flat out refuse to offer service to you for questionable reasons, which only hurts their business in the end. Overall, there is no point in dealing with them.They lied to me several times: They claimed that it would take just 20 minutes (all the time), yet it took just under an hour instead, sometimes more; that’s what we call poor service. The lady on the phone then made bad excuses when I called her about it.A week later, I try to give them another chance, yet they decide to refuse service (and money) because they claimed I was the one that left a negative review, which I explained that I would give them another chance regardless. They keep digging themselves deeper holes. I’ll never deal with them again. Other places offer better service kindness anyway.

Almost every time i order i ask for the same, they will either give me originals(which i DONT like.) or even king cans, once they even brought me a totally different brand of alcohol, the one driver is extremely ignorant; he allowed the bottle to slip out of his fingers (which of he was holding lazily) and almost dropped on my mothers feet. Biggest issue for me is how they take 3-5 hours just to get me the wrong thing, then get mad when i deny to buy a product i didn’t ask for.

Receptionist is rude called for a question regarding an order placed almost 1h prior simply wondering if it be much longer and answer was it will get their when it gets their we are very busy ....Absolutely not impressed with responseUpdate so apparently giving them a bad review allows them to tell you to no longer call them that they will refuse service.So anyone reading reviews pass the word around and let's encourage other delivery services that actually deserve it.Loceys are a joke ....Don't understand how you say discount rate as its same 4$ fee as any other deliveries still not a reason to refuse further service to someone simply for asking a simple questionAnd was not in a rude way that I askedI was simply wondering if it be much longer thats it.Its all good I'm clearly not only one having same issues anyways

Car Battery died and Locey's delivered a new Battery faster than my Roadside Assistance service could respond.We can go off on our family trip.I miscalculated and should of tipped more given the weight of the Battery. Catcha next time!

The ego of the lady on the phone is extremely obnoxious and callous. They refused my order for unknown reasons, and also slandered me. She cannot be bothered apparently to do her job correctly and show any manners. It just shows their poor character and how stuck up they are.They’re losing a big order and tip to T & L Delivery.

Just recieved my order after waiting 3 hours! Horrible customer service by the lady on the phone. Don't EVER use this delivery service!!!!Edit. I was not told anything about a wait in the 3 times I politely called back.

The woman who answers the phone shouldn’t be working in customer service AT ALL.When she answers the the phone she seems ALWAYS annoyed.Going to loose a lot of busineess because of her lack of skills.
