He claimed there was a law allowing mechanics to hold a car for safety reasons , which is not true . I suspected it was to prevent me from leaving and commit to car cost at his garage. But he was initially nice though.

The owner Steve is one of those rare mechanics that you can absolutely trust. He is a professional with integrity. 100% honest. His wife, who works in the office is very helpful, polite, and kind. Best mechanic in town.
