  Good service friendly staff 👍🏽 due to the racial treatment we got. We went to return the shoes due to the ICEFX OUTSOLE coming off from the shoe HELLY TECH WORKWEAR. A sweet lady working said it looks perfectly fine. At this point, I mentioned she would need a pair of glasses in that case. For that comment, we were asked to leave & when we refused to leave another sweet lady working, called the cops on us saying we were shouting & yelling when we did not. This is the best experience ever received. Why? Because it was 2 white people vs 3 brown people. Time of incident Dec/4/2025 20:45

  Good clothing variety of styles and friendly staff. Usually the wait to check out is good but once in a while its a long wait. But they do take their time with each customer.

  Very bad service. I asked 2 people to help me to find extra width work shoes they didn't have a clue. They walked away and didn't come back. I had to ask again, same thing. They need to learn how to help customers. And the boots were uncomfortable for what they are asking for them. I won't be shopping there again

  Good selection of clothing for work or leisure. There is usually some sort of discounts offered on the different brands that are offered. The associates are friendly and helpful.

  The selection in work shoes is however horrible. This is the second time I've come here looking for men's work boots and they only have 90% of their sizes as size 8... For size 10 and 11 they had 4 pairs... In 6+ shelves of shoes... They had 4 pairs of size 10 and 11's.

  On April 15, 2024, around 2:00 pm, I stopped by the Mark’s in Cornwall, Ontario, to purchase a pair of Skechers as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom, but noticed one of the spare laces was missing from the box; there was only 1 black lace. I asked the cashier, Emily, if it would be possible to get a replacement lace as the shoes come with 2 set of laces.Emily said she had to ask the Manager. An older blonde woman with glasses showed up and Emily asked if they had any spare black laces. The “Manager” was rude, and unpleasant. She said that the shoes were on clearance, implying I shouldn’t expect much, and, as such, there was nothing she could do about it. I don’t see how shoes being on sale is an excuse not to provide the correct number of laces. The shoes weren’t cheap, after all, and even if they were, I expect to receive everything I paid for to be included in the box.Emily continued to show the “manager” the box and the one black lace. The “manager” reluctantly went looking for a spare lace and did provide a new set of black laces, but you could tell from her facial expression, body language, and tone of voice that this was a great inconvenience for her. If you don’t like working with the public, perhaps consider a different line of work? I shop at Mark’s quite often, and I don’t appreciate rudeness and hostility. I am a disabled person and I do not appreciate being mistreated when I am spending money at your store. Thankfully, Emily was very pleasant and helpful. If it were not for Emily, I would consider taking my business elsewhere.
