I purchased a electric stove last month 31th october from the store, just after 10 days the stove is sparking, smoke is coming from the board, i went to talk with the manager and as usual she told me to call 1-800 means !!!!!, just after 10 days, i dont think there product is good quality, and service is also bad

After purchasing a set of lazy boy recliners, one being electric 6-8 months later in a child free home the side fell off the non-electric.After almost a year of arguing with the owner the chair still remains in disrepair.
Never again Roger Massey.

I went in and purchased a couch chair and table and paid 5 days later they contact me saying the lady made a mistake and I owed over 1000. When going in to pay and speaking with the girl she was rude and was like its not ok for me to make a mistake but its ok for you
to steal I paid for what she had on my invoice which had all three things I bought she just didnt add pricing for two i never noticed she's the one who made the mistake and did add it up properly and the girl who I went to see after and pay didn't say anything when she looked at receipt. I paid what i was told my total was, didnt know i needed to do her job Worst customer services and they don't take accountability for their mistakes and then accuse you of stealing. No apology was given. Waiting to get my furniture hoping they don't mess with it

I've been looking into buying a new mattress. Went to The Brick, Leon's, Sleep Country and was greeted almost immediately by all workers. I went into Masse yesterday and no greeting, didn't get help and didn't even see anyone working. The place was a total ghost house. I was there for about 15 minutes trying the mattresses and left. They lost my business due to poor costumer service.

Unfortunately my husband and I had a bad experience with the store. We wanted to support a local bussiness during those hard times but it did not end well. We purchased a sectional that was delivered with a damage to the fabric and so far we are getting the runaround treatment from the store. The post will be updated if the issue is resolved. For anyone about to purchase from there, things to watch out for:1. Check the price elsewhere before you purchase. Sales ladies were great and helpful but we were told that they are an outlet store and that our Ashley sectional would be at least $300 to $400 less. Before purchasing I went on the Ashley website and discovered that their price was higher than the website. They ended up price matching.2. Expect delivery delays. Local delivery was over $200 because it was a "heavy" item, which is strange for a furniture store to consider furniture a heavy item. Delivery was scheduled from 11am to 5pm, we waited all day and delivery arrived at 10pm.3. Inspect your items well upon delivery. Upon delivery we noticed the damage in the fabric, the delivery person took pictures and sent them to the store.4. Be aware that the person you will be dealing with (manager/owner) if you experience an issue will not be easy to deal with. I emailed the store with more pictures the next day and received a call from Roger, the manager, who was unpleasant on the phone and complained that the pictures are not clear and that this is strange because they inspect their pieces well before delivery. I resent pictures and tried to reach him several times but according to the store staff he was either never available or busy.5. If you are purchasing something with a warranty make sure you contact the manufacturer first to check if they will honor it if you bought it from this store. We were told by the sales lady that we have 1yr warranty with Ashley, and upon calling Ashley, after we had the fabric issue, they stated that this was purchased from a third party and they can't help us, we had to deal with the store.Delivery of damaged items can happen anytime and from any store but it's dealing with the aftermath that made this purchase a bad experience.
