Bought a artifical Christmas tree on sale and 3 days later it was further reduced. They didn't even bat an eye when i asked if they would refund the difference.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, especially Crystal (I hope I'm spelling your name correctly). The staff are extremely knowledgeable and have always been pleasant to talk too. They always make time for me and my ramblings - which I greatly appreciate - and help me decide which product would look best for my projects when I can't decide between so many things to choose from.
The store is always clean and tidy. It is very easy to navigate. Prices are always clearly placed, as is sale signage. Greatly appreciated, especially when I forget my glasses.
I'm not sure if he was the manager or owner - or of he was just having a rough day - but I've only had one Michael's representative brush me off and made me feel like I was a bother. This happened last fall and I'm sure he was busy getting things ready for the holiday season or had other things on his mind. I've been to this location plenty of times since and have received many a warm welcome.

I was just looking for a thread and they have a very limited choice. The cashier was rude and disrespectful because I wouldn't use the self check-out. Having taken courses criminal law and business law, I will never use a self check-out because they are traps to destroy the life of citizens.
