Need to shout out Stéphanie Barbeau, my mortgage broker. Buying my first home alone could’ve been overwhelming but she was so generous with her time. She was efficient in finding me the best rates out there, so very thorough and knowledgeable. She was always available with my numerous questions and had the best vibe to work with. 5 stars, hands down! After dealing with the bank and getting very frustrated, a close friend recommended David to us. Best recommendation ever! He and his team worked quickly and efficiently in the short time frame we had.David answered our questions and explained the process in layman's terms, and for me that was essential.
