Horrible landlord. Love the way amenities changed and or deleted.. no mention of the laundry that was included nor fact I help as many whom need me to go to laundrymat weekly as I go already cause he won't fix the machines and locked laundry room for no access.for tenants now. Steals keys from tenants. No heat on still oct 28th 2024. Mold infested. Forces peoples hands by taking their first and last and if they wish to rent elsewhere. Best of luck getting your money back.. if not receiving rent receipts as asked from beginning we would then all have proof of our paying or not paying. No internet provided as ad when renting at the time stated. All inclusive meanwhile didn't have a working fridge for nearly a month. Many have no stoves. Noone has heat. Been hitting lows of zero and minus 1. Hope the many in need with health amd safety at risk speak up aswell. Enough is enough with landlords neglecting and ignoring tenants when they mention all these issues. Then we are all attacked verbally here and made out to be the bad people for reporting the facts. Was not our intentions to be forced and taken for 2000 at the start then begged to stay. Keep paying, do not do online banking..cash is king. No receipts no rental agreements. When rental agreement is made up and signed by spouse and I and landlord and receipts are given as asked from day one. Then we can both as tenant and landlord have the proof if paid or not. Tired of being harassed and verbally abused. Our family deserves better then that as do all tenants here. Lies to the agape to get other new tenants free rent somehow until jan.

There's nothing included in this end there's no cable there's no active phone there's no internet everything has to be paid to yourself the floors are rotten and there's holes in the ceiling he doesn't repair anything there's police in here all the time this I've been broken into seven times while staying here he doesn't fix anything the stove doesn't work there's no heat it's broken there's no hot water I've been here 3 months and he doesn't fix anything he ignores everybody and he's just trying to sell the building and not fix anything he spends more time at Fairview Inn repairing that in and leaves everyone here at Murphy's in which he also owns to suffer and struggle during this pandemic I am very dissatisfied with this place I would never recommend this to anyone

This Hotel is unacceptable and it is so bad there should be a wall built around it. If I had a small loan of a million dollars I would still need more money to make this hotel great again.
