Went in for a mild noise on the back drivers side, left with a completely scratched rim on my brand new vehicle. They claimed I must have hit some ashfault and they're honest when they make mistakes. ?

The guys at Cornwall Tire always go above and beyond!
Numerous times I’ve had issues with my work truck, and when my truck is down, so is my source of income.
They find the problems within a very timely manor and always manage to get me fixed up quickly.
This week I was driving on the highway, and hit a piece of metal from construction, they fit me in within the hour and got me up and running so I didn’t have to reschedule any of my work,
They kept me happy, and all my customers were happy because of it!

I don't know what kind of Businesses places all I know is they're very rude. The manager is extremely disgusting. The way he talks to people. They justify when they make mistakes. I had one lug nut that was not torched properly after bringing it in and I've been coming here for years on top of that.
My stud was stripped. They had to rechange it at another at the dealer because I had a flat. And they told me that they could not release. My car cause my stud nut was stripped. Now you explain to me that I only bring my car to Cornwall tire for the winter and the summer. Nobody else touches my tires. So you explained to me how it is that my lug nut is stripped on top of that. One of the safety nuts was not taught properly, but yet they're so perfect. They don't make mistakes. They don't do anything. Oh, they can't do anything no, but they do charge. You $80 to have your tires changed. It's the good at that well. Anyways, anybody who wants to go here? You better make sure when you leave. Things are done properly or you'll get screwed like I was good luck on them. I will never go back to them and as for that manager. Get yourself a new job because you have no public relations. You're rude. You're disgusting you, you don't know how to talk to people, you think you know everything well I guess you know what all I can say is? I hope people use common sense before coming back to you. Because I think the public should be warned.The way you deal with your business, you have no business ethics.

Is it not standard practice when installing tires to check the alignment and inflation sensors? I would think you’d let the customer know these items are out of order before completing the work? I’d definitely have sprung for these upsells. That’s ok, I’ll bring it to Canadian tire guys. Not so good work.
