“I bought a new computer, my old computer was 10 years old and would not upgrade to Windows 11. Staff was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. The computer had very good specks and was on sale; so I purchased the additional insurance. There was a minor misunderstanding with the insurance that was explained to me the next day. So far everything is good with the computer and insurance.”
