“I’m very impressed with the speed and quality of service I received. I called and spoke with Scott about getting an appointment, and they were able to fit me in the next day. They quickly evaluated my vehicle, and I received a call from Dan who explained the issues, and provided an accurate estimate. I approved the work, and they replaced my rear brakes (rotors and pads) as well as the thermostat—all completed the very next day. The estimate was spot on, and the service was excellent. “I'm from cornwall but live in Ottawa and make the trip for my oil changes. I've tried Mr lube and great Canadian oil change in Ottawa but they make me uncomfortable by being super pushy with upsells. This shop is straight and to the point, they get the job done and they're honest.”
